Pot Pie

  1. Use a fork to mix egg, milk, butter and baking powder.
  2. Place flour in a large bowl and make a hole in the center to pur above mixture into.
  3. Combine until mixture forms a dough.
  4. If dough is too sticky, add more flour until it is ready to be rolled out smoothly.
  5. Flour heavily a large rolling space.
  6. Roll mixture out to 1/4" thick.
  7. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares using pizza cutter.
  8. Allow to dry for 1 hour, flipping each square after 30 minutes.
  9. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
  10. Add dough noodles and boil for 12 minutes.
  11. Drain and add leftover ham broth and ham.
  12. Add potatoes (if using) at this time and cook for 10 minutes.
