Pot Pie
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- 12 cup butter (do not melt)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 12 cups flour
- leftover ham pieces and broth
- 1 -2 thinly sliced potato (optional)
- if broth is extra salty try adding extra potato
- Use a fork to mix egg, milk, butter and baking powder.
- Place flour in a large bowl and make a hole in the center to pur above mixture into.
- Combine until mixture forms a dough.
- If dough is too sticky, add more flour until it is ready to be rolled out smoothly.
- Flour heavily a large rolling space.
- Roll mixture out to 1/4" thick.
- Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares using pizza cutter.
- Allow to dry for 1 hour, flipping each square after 30 minutes.
- Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add dough noodles and boil for 12 minutes.
- Drain and add leftover ham broth and ham.
- Add potatoes (if using) at this time and cook for 10 minutes.
