Bacardi Sauce Recipe

  1. In a saucepan, pour bacardi rum.
  2. Add in tomato ketchup, chicken stock and reduce by half.
  3. Add in diluted cornstarch and simmer for 5 min.
  4. Add in butter an whisk into mix, season with salt and pepper to taste.
