Best-Ever Veggie Cheeseburger

  1. PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat.
  2. BRUSH each veggie burger with 1/2 Tbsp.
  3. of the barbecue sauce.
  4. Brush each onion slice with 1/2 Tbsp.
  5. of the remaining barbecue sauce.
  6. GRILL burgers and onions 4 min.
  7. on each side or until burgers are cooked through and onions are crisp-tender, brushing burgers with remaining barbecue sauce and topping with the 2% Milk Singles for the last minute of the grilling time.
  8. Grill buns, cut-sides down, 1 min.
  9. or until lightly toasted.
  10. FILL buns with burgers, onions and tomatoes.
  11. HEAT corn in microwave or on stovetop.
  12. Serve each person 1/2 cup of the heated corn.
  13. COMPLEMENT each meal with 6 oz.
  14. yogurt topped with 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/2 tsp.
  15. pecans.
  16. SERVE each person an 8 fl oz (1 cup) glass of lemonade with their dinner.
