Chinese Pepper Steak Recipe

  1. Add oil, brown beef slowly.
  2. Add onion, garlic, celery, green pepper and pimento.
  3. Add consome, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and simmer at least 20 minutes.
  5. Thicken cornstarch blended with water and soy sauce.
  6. Serve hot with cooked rice.
