Chicken Vegetable Bake Recipe
- 4 c. cut-up chicken
- 2/3 c. chicken broth or possibly gravy
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup or possibly use shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 soup can lowfat milk
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 lg. can mushrooms and juice
- 3 c. vegetables (can use green beans, broccoli, or possibly other)
- 1 onion, minced
- 3 c. cooked rice or possibly wild rice
- Put rice in 9x13 inch pan.
- Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over rice.
- Top with onion rings.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Serves about 20.
