Chicken and Garlic White Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. If you have one, place a pizza stone in the oven to heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, simmer butter and garlic over medium-low heat until melted and aromatic.
  3. Stir in milk to combine.
  4. Turn heat to medium, bring just to a boil and whisk in flour until combined.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to thicken.
  6. Roll out pizza dough to desired thickness.
  7. Sprinkle cornmeal on your pizza peel.
  8. Carefully, transfer dough onto pizza peel.
  9. Spread garlic butter sauce onto dough.
  10. Top with chicken and cheese.
  11. Slide pizza off of the pizza peel into the hot stone in the oven.
  12. (Or you can do this all on a pizza pan if you arent using a stone).
  13. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Remove from oven.
  15. Tear basil leaves and place on top of pizza.
  16. Serve.
