Oven Fried Pork Chops
- 4 Pork Chops (approx 4oz each)
- 1 medium Egg
- 3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Ground Ginger (pinch)
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs (Italian style)
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Lightly grease a jelly roll pan.
- Beat egg, soy sauce, water, garlic, & ginger together on a bowl.
- Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
- Dip the chops into the egg mixture, then into bread crumbs, coating evenly on both sides.
- Arrange in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the chops are firm.
