Oven Fried Pork Chops

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly grease a jelly roll pan.
  3. Beat egg, soy sauce, water, garlic, & ginger together on a bowl.
  4. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip the chops into the egg mixture, then into bread crumbs, coating evenly on both sides.
  6. Arrange in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Turn and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the chops are firm.
