Cafe Au Brisket

  1. Rub meat with garlic and and place in 500 degree F. oven for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven.
  3. Add the instant coffee to the boiling water and mix.
  4. Pour coffee over the meat.
  5. Sprinkle the 2 envelopes of onion soup mix over the meat and cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
  7. Cut against the grain and serve.
