Lemon-Dijon Chicken Salad

  1. Toss chicken, onions and celery in large bowl.
  2. Mix mustard, oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and rosemary with wire whisk until well blended.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly to coat.
  5. Cover.
  6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
