Curry Marinade
- 1 cup fat free chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tbsp. ginger
- 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Mix on high for 2 minutes.
- Scrape sides of blender occasionally.
- Store in air tight container for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
- Use on chicken.
- Mix well before using.
