Curry Marinade

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Mix on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Scrape sides of blender occasionally.
  4. Store in air tight container for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
  5. Use on chicken.
  6. Mix well before using.

chicken broth, onion, curry powder, water, white wine, ginger, lemon juice
