Sour cream & chive mashed potatoes

  1. Peel and cut into chunks potatoes.
  2. Place in pot of water and boil until tender.
  3. Drain out water and place potatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Add container of sour cream, chopped chives, slices of butter (helps to melt faster) and a little milk.
  5. Add additional milk as needed but start out with small amounts so it isn't too runny.
  6. Mix with hand mixer until blended and smooth.
