Peanut Butter Crunches Cookies Recipe

  1. Cream together shortening and crunchy peanut butter.
  2. Blend in white and brown sugar.
  3. Add in the egg and mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in the flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt.
  5. Mix alternately with lowfat milk; mix well.
  6. Drop by tsp.
  7. on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 min.
  9. Makes 4 or possibly 5 dozen.
