Peanut Butter Crunches Cookies Recipe
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Chocolate chips, raisins or possibly nuts (opt.)
- Cream together shortening and crunchy peanut butter.
- Blend in white and brown sugar.
- Add in the egg and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in the flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt.
- Mix alternately with lowfat milk; mix well.
- Drop by tsp.
- on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 min.
- Makes 4 or possibly 5 dozen.
