Tabby's Easy and Quick Key Lime Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375' F. In medium bowl beat egg yolks, milk, lime juice, food coluring with electric mixer on medium speed about 1 min, until well blended.
  2. Pour into unbaked crust.
  3. Bake 14 to 16 min or until center is set.
  4. Cool 15 minute Cover and refridgerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  5. Spread whipped cream on top.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles if desired.
  7. Refridgerate.
