Creamy Avocado Sauce
- 1 large avocados ripe, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream, light or nonfat, regular
- 1 clove garlic smashed
- 2 tablespoons cilantro fresh, coarsely chopped
- 2 teaspoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon lime zest grated
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Puree all in blender, processor or with hand blender until smooth.
- Will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
