Liver Strips With Mushrooms

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge liver strips and brown lightly and quickly in hot oil. Remove liver strips.
  2. Pour off drippings. Add celery, onion, garlic and marjoram to frying pan and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes before adding bouillon.
  3. Bring to a simmer and add mushrooms and liver strips to pan.
  4. Cook, stirring, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add parsley last.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
