Annz California Fuzion Pizza

• 12 inches premade pizza crusts
• 14 cup pesto sauce
• 14 cup gen. pao's chicken, chopped fine
• 14 cup chopped sweet onion
• 14 cup roasted green chili pepper, chopped (or roasted red bell pepper)
• 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbles
• 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (more or less to taste)
• 1 garden fresh tomato, chopped

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2. Spread a thin layer of pesto over the entire pizza crust.
3. Sprinkle with chicken, onion, and roasted peppers.
4. Sprinkle lightly with blue cheese crumbles, then with most of the shredded cheese.
5. Top with chopped tomatoes and the remaining cheese.
6. Bake at 450 on a pizza stone for 10 - 15 mins or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
