Drunken Irishman Glaze

  1. Sweat onions and garlic in peanut oil, be careful to not brown.
  2. Add liquids, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer.
  3. Add brown sugar, ginger, and cayenne.
  4. Stir frequently until drys are incorporated.
  5. Be sure to watch heat levels and regulate down as necessary to maintain a low simmer.
  6. Cook 20-30 minutes until sauce reduces by half.
  7. Drizzle 2 t.over your favorite food or brush on while cooking to glaze.
