Chicken Meatballs a La Diable

  1. Mix the ground chicken, mustard, and red pepper.
  2. Beat the egg in a bowl or glass measuring cup.
  3. Add the egg and the breadcrumbs to the chicken mixture.
  4. Mix well, then shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Chill for about 2 hours.
