French Rhubarb Pie
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups rhubarb, diced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 34 cup flour
- 13 cup butter
- Mix first 7 ingredients.
- Put mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
- Mix topping and crumble over rhubarb mixture.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
