Brunch Pizza Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Place parchment paper on 15 inch stone.
  3. Combine potatoes and 1 egg in bowl.
  4. Spread mix on stone into a 14 inch circle.
  5. Pat down with back of spoon and season with salt & pepper.
  6. Bake for 20 min.
  7. Whisk Large eggs and lowfat milk.
  8. Place in microwave and cook for 3 min on high.
  9. Stir and cook an additional 3 min, stir again.
  10. Spread cooked Large eggs proportionately over baked crust.
  11. Top with optional ingredients.
  12. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 10 min.
  13. Cut into squares.
  14. NOTES : 24 ounce.
  15. of patties, thawed and broken apart.
  16. Optional Ingredients: minced onions, minced green peppers, sliced mushrooms, bacon (cooked and crumbled), minced ham.
