Brunch Pizza Recipe
- 1 pkt Frzn shredded Hash Browns * see note
- 1 lrg egg salt and pepper
- 7 lrg egg equivalent
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat cheddar cheese shredded
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Place parchment paper on 15 inch stone.
- Combine potatoes and 1 egg in bowl.
- Spread mix on stone into a 14 inch circle.
- Pat down with back of spoon and season with salt & pepper.
- Bake for 20 min.
- Whisk Large eggs and lowfat milk.
- Place in microwave and cook for 3 min on high.
- Stir and cook an additional 3 min, stir again.
- Spread cooked Large eggs proportionately over baked crust.
- Top with optional ingredients.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 10 min.
- Cut into squares.
- NOTES : 24 ounce.
- of patties, thawed and broken apart.
- Optional Ingredients: minced onions, minced green peppers, sliced mushrooms, bacon (cooked and crumbled), minced ham.
