Herb Sauce Recipe

• 1 pt. White Sauce
• 2 tbsp. finely minced herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
• Healthy pinch of salt
• A little lemon juice

1. Add in the herbs to the white sauce and cook gently for about 10 min over a low heat.
2. Season with salt and lemon juice.
