Classic Martinez
- 1 3/4 ounces Beefeater London Dry gin
- 2 ounces Dolin Rouge sweet vermouth
- 1/4 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- 1 dash Regans Orange Bitters no. 6
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
- Pour all the liquid ingredients into a mixing glass.
- Add large cold ice cubes and stir for 40 revolutions.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lemon twist.
- Dominant Flavors: juniper, maraschino, caramel
- Body: velvety texture created by the combination of Italian vermouth and maraschino
