Tuna Fish Sauce For Spaghetti Recipe
- 3 tbsp. oil, or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Lg. can tuna fish, drain
- 1 (28 ounce.) can tomatoes, crushed or possibly pureed
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley; optional
- Italian grated cheese
- Saute/fry garlic in oil; add in tuna fish for about 5 min; cook.
- Add in tomatoes.
- Season to taste, salt and pepper.
- Cook altogether 20-30 min, uncovered till liquids evaporated.
- Boil spaghetti, drain.
- Add in tuna fish mix.
- Season with Italian grated cheese.
