Chocolate-Banana Pudding Pie
- 1-1/4 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk, divided
- 1 env. (42.5 g) Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 bananas
- Mix cookie crumbs and margarine in 9-inch pie plate until blended; press onto bottom and up side of pie plate.
- Beat pudding mix and 1-1/2 cups milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- ; set aside.
- Beat Dream Whip, vanilla and remaining milk in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Add to pudding; stir gently until blended.
- Slice bananas.
- Reserve a few banana slices for garnish; spread remaining onto bottom of crust.
- Cover with pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until firm.
- Serve topped with reserved banana slices.
