Green Bean And Corn Casserole Recipe
- 1 can French style green beans, liquid removed
- 1 can shoe peg corn, liquid removed
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 1 stick butter
- Combine green beans, corn, soup, lowfat sour cream, onions and cheese; mix well.
- Pour into a 9"x12" baking dish.
- Crumble crackers on top.
- Sprinkle almonds on crackers.
- Heat butter and pour on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till warm and bubbly.
