Guacamole & Chips Recipe

  1. For Guacamole: Blend avocado, lemon juice, garlic, chili pepper, chili pwdr, cilantro, tomato, green onion and bell pepper.
  2. For chips: Use scissors to cut 6 corn tortillas into 4 triangular pcs each.
  3. Spread triangles on baking sheet and place under broiler for 1 minute.
  4. Turn triangles over and return to broiler till they are crisp.
