Awesome Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

• 1/2 c. Shortening
• 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
• 2 1/2 c. Flour
• 1 c. Brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 2 x Egg
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 x 12 ounce. package Semisweet chocolate pcs

1. In a mixing bowl beat the shortening and margarine with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds.
2. Add in about half of the flour, the brown sugar, sugar, Large eggs, vanilla, and baking soda.
3. Beat mix until thoroughly combined.
4. Beat in the remaining flour.
5. Stir in chocolate pcs.
6. Drop dough by rounded tsp.
7. 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake in a 375 oven for 8 to 10 min or possibly until edges are lightly browned.
9. Cold cookies on a wire rack.
