Chocolate & Caramel Steamed Bread
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 100 grams Whole wheat flour
- 20 grams Sugar
- 130 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 2 Egg yolk
- 2 Egg white
- 20 grams Sugar
- 4 Truffles
- 5 pieces Caramel
- Line the pan with plastic wrap.
- Cut each truffle and each piece of caramel into 4 pieces.
- Start heating the steamer.
- Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- In a separate bowl, make the meringue ( ingredients).
- Add the meringue in 2 batches to the first bowl and mix with a rubber spatula, taking care not to break the air bubbles.
- Pour 1/2 of the batter into the pan.
- Sprinkle half of the caramel pieces on top.
- Pour in the rest of the batter and sprinkle with pieces of chocolate truffle.
- Steam on medium heat for 27 minutes.
- Stick it with a skewer and if it comes out clean, it's done.
