Indoor BBQ Chicken
- 2- 1/2 pounds Chicken, Bone-in & Skin On, Cut Into Pieces (I Buy It Already Cut Up)
- 13 cups Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Sauce:
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cups White Or Salad Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Salt
- 3/4 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce
- Wash chicken and take skin off (I leave it on the drumsticks).
- Pat dry with paper towel.
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in large skillet on stove.
- Dredge chicken pieces in flour, shake off excess and brown both sides in oil (about 3-4 minutes per side, just to brown).
- Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients to make the sauce and pour over the browned chicken.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
