Healthy Dry Curry with Soy Beans

  1. Slice the garlic and add to olive oil in a pan and heat.
  2. Take the garlic out when it's lightly browned.
  3. Use the same oil to saute the ground meat.
  4. When it changes color, add finely chopped onion and carrot, and keep sauteing until they soften.
  5. Add finely chopped green pepper and keep sauteing.
  6. Add ingredients too.
  7. Add soy beans.
  8. Keep simmering.
  9. 20 minutes later...
  10. 30 minutes later...
  11. After simmering for about 40 minutes, when the water in the pan has reduced, it's done.
  12. Serve with a boiled egg on top.
