Mini Pizzas

  1. Skin the sausage (if necessary).
  2. Brown sausage and hamburger in a large skillet.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Over low heat, add Velveeta until it's thoroughly melted, and stir thoroughly.
  5. Spread a small spoonful of the mixture on each slice of the Party Rye and place on a cookie sheet.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
  7. After that, you can remove them from the cookie sheets and put them in a freezer bag for up to 2 weeks!
  8. To serve, just place the frozen pizza on a cookie sheet and bake at 350F (180C) for about 15 minutes or until hot.
