Chicken Dressing Bake Recipe

  1. Cook chicken (about 2 1/2 pounds).
  2. Take off bone and cut up in medium size pcs.
  3. Use broth to mix the cornbread dressing and add in 1/4 c. lowfat milk.
  4. Mix and spread in casserole (11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches).
  5. Spread chicken over dressing.
  6. Mix 1/4 c. lowfat milk with soup and pimento; spread over top of casserole.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  8. Remove foil and bake 10 min more.
  9. Serves 8.
