Basic Scrambled Tofu

  1. - Saute garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.
  2. - Break apart tofu and saute for about 10 minutes, stirring often.
  3. The tofu should brown on at least one side.
  4. Add water if tofu gets too dry.
  5. - Add spice blind and mix to incorporate.
  6. - Add nutritional yeast and black pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for about 5 more minutes.
