Rich and Thick Baked Cheesecake Made With Drained Yogurt

  1. Drain the yogurt the day before.
  2. Crush the cookies, mix with the melted butter, and press onto the bottom of a mold lined with parchment paper.

  4. Pour the batter into a mold and bake in an oven for 45 minutes at 180C.
