Sweet Pear Salsa for Dessert for Cake or Ice Cream

• 3 pears, cored and diced
• 13 cup shredded coconut
• 14 cup orange-flavored liqueur or 14 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
• 2 tablespoons chopped mint

1. Combine pears, coconut, liqueur and mint.
2. Let stand 20 minutes.
3. Serve over cake or ice cream.
