Creamy Leeky Smoked Salmon on Rice

  1. Cook rice as you prefer.
  2. Cut leek into thin strips and fry in a little butter.
  3. I use garlic butter but you can use normal butter.
  4. Fry for 2/3 minutes.
  5. Add cream simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Chop smoked salmon into thin strips and add to leeks.
  7. Simmer for a minute and serve over rice.
  8. I add seasoning salt to add a bit of a kick but you can add to your desired tastebuds.
