Delray Key Lime Pie

  1. Whisk egg yolks until blended, whisk in Key lime juice.
  2. Add condensed milk, vanilla, and salt, whisking until blended.
  3. Pour mixture into crust.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
  7. Garnish, if desired.
  8. If you want a pie with more filling, triple the filling ingredients, and divide evenly between graham cracker crusts.
