Chargrilled BBQ Burgers
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 4 red onion slices
- 2 Claussen Dill Pickles, quartered
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix meat, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (160F), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce for the last 2 min.
- Fill buns with burgers, lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
- Serve with pickles.
