Twice-Baked Potatoes with Ham and Cheese
- 3 large baking potatoes (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped ham, divided
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Prick potatoes in several places with fork.
- Bake 1 hour 15 min.
- or until tender.
- Cool slightly.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centres into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells.
- Mash potato centres with cream cheese product and milk until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar and half the ham.
- Spoon mashed potato mixture into potato shells; top with remaining ham.
- Place in 13x9-inch pan.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until potatoes are heated through and cheddar is melted.
