Twice-Baked Potatoes with Ham and Cheese

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Prick potatoes in several places with fork.
  3. Bake 1 hour 15 min.
  4. or until tender.
  5. Cool slightly.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
  7. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centres into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells.
  8. Mash potato centres with cream cheese product and milk until smooth.
  9. Stir in cheddar and half the ham.
  10. Spoon mashed potato mixture into potato shells; top with remaining ham.
  11. Place in 13x9-inch pan.
  12. Bake 20 min.
  13. or until potatoes are heated through and cheddar is melted.
