Old Bay Chicken Thighs
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil For Pan
- 8 whole Chicken Thighs, Bone-in, Skin-on
- 4 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and drizzle oil into a deep baking pan.
- Cut half the fat off each chicken thigh (I like to leave a bit on for flavor and because I like to live dangerously).
- Pour out Old Bay seasoning on a plate.
- Brush melted butter onto each thigh, making sure each thigh is fully coated in butter.
- Drop both sides of each thigh in Old Bay.
- Make sure you rub it into the chicken and the whole chicken is coated (if there was butter there, it needs to be covered with Old Bay).
- Place thighs in prepared baking pan and pop into oven.
- Bake for 5060 minutes.
- When done, thighs should have a beautiful golden color to them.
