Old Bay Chicken Thighs

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and drizzle oil into a deep baking pan.
  2. Cut half the fat off each chicken thigh (I like to leave a bit on for flavor and because I like to live dangerously).
  3. Pour out Old Bay seasoning on a plate.
  4. Brush melted butter onto each thigh, making sure each thigh is fully coated in butter.
  5. Drop both sides of each thigh in Old Bay.
  6. Make sure you rub it into the chicken and the whole chicken is coated (if there was butter there, it needs to be covered with Old Bay).
  7. Place thighs in prepared baking pan and pop into oven.
  8. Bake for 5060 minutes.
  9. When done, thighs should have a beautiful golden color to them.
