Cheesy One-Skillet Pasta
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups water
- 3-1/3 cups rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 4 KRAFT Singles, cut into quarters
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Brown meat with garlic in large skillet; drain.
- Return to skillet.
- Stir in water.
- Bring to boil.
- Add pasta; stir.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min.
- or just until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning; simmer 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Add Parmesan and Singles; cook 5 min.
- or until Singles are melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
- Top with mozzarella.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 2 min.
- or until melted.
