Cheesy Biscuit Lasagne
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12 cups water
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 12 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 10 canned pilsbury refrigerated biscuits (refrigerated section)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Brown beef and drain.
- Add 1 1/2 cups water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, italian seasoning and pepper.
- Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
- Combine mozzarella, cottage cheese, parsley & onion.
- Press each biscuit into 4" circles.
- Place 2 tbsp cheese mixture on each biscuit.
- Fold over and press edges toether with fork to seal.
- Pour meat mixture into ungreased 9x13" baking dish.
- Top with cheese filled biscuits.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
