Cheesy Biscuit Lasagne

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Brown beef and drain.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, italian seasoning and pepper.
  4. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Combine mozzarella, cottage cheese, parsley & onion.
  6. Press each biscuit into 4" circles.
  7. Place 2 tbsp cheese mixture on each biscuit.
  8. Fold over and press edges toether with fork to seal.
  9. Pour meat mixture into ungreased 9x13" baking dish.
  10. Top with cheese filled biscuits.
  11. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  12. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
