Blueberry Buckwheat Pancakes

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in medium bowl
  2. In another bowl, beat all wet ingredients
  3. Stir wet ingredients into dry just until mixed
  4. Ladle batter in 1/4 cups onto preheated large nonstick skillet
  5. Add 5-6 blueberries each pancake
  6. Flip and serve with blueberry syrup
