how to prepare lobster tails

  1. preheat broiler and allow lobster tails to thaw completely
  2. insert kitchen shears between shell and meat and cut down the center of shell,leaving fan tail attached
  3. gently loosen & lift the meat out of shell and allow the meat to rest on top
  4. rinse lobster tail under cool water,remove vein and pat dry with paper towel
  5. brush with butter then brush again with butter (i love butter )and place in baking dish with a small amount of water.
  6. broil 6-8 inches from heat for 5-7minutes or until meat turns white in color
