how to prepare lobster tails
- preheat broiler and allow lobster tails to thaw completely
- insert kitchen shears between shell and meat and cut down the center of shell,leaving fan tail attached
- gently loosen & lift the meat out of shell and allow the meat to rest on top
- rinse lobster tail under cool water,remove vein and pat dry with paper towel
- brush with butter then brush again with butter (i love butter )and place in baking dish with a small amount of water.
- broil 6-8 inches from heat for 5-7minutes or until meat turns white in color
