Bored Ends Egg Nog Recipe

  1. In large bowl beat egg yolks with mixer till light color and thickened.
  2. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand lowfat milk, salt, nutmeg, vanilla, rum flavor and lowfat milk.
  3. In 1 1/2 qt mix bowl, beat whites of Large eggs till soft peaks forms.
  4. Fold egg whites into lowfat milk mix.
  5. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight before serving.
  6. When serving, stir in Vernors.
  7. Chill leftovers.
  8. Use within 3 or possibly 4 days.
