Chamomile-Mint Tea

  1. Pour the tea into a cup.
  2. Stir in the mint extract and the sugar.
  3. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
  4. NOTE: You can also mix fresh or dried chamomile flowers and mint leaves together before brewing--1/2 teaspoon of each works best in 3/4 cup water.
  5. Or you can simply add equal amounts of brewed chamomile and mint tea together in the same cup.
  6. Then omit the mint extract from the recipe.
