Spicy Hawaiian Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 can (213 mL) pizza sauce
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) cooked peameal bacon, chopped
- 1 cup drained canned pineapple tidbits
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with bacon and pineapple.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
