Apple Dutch Cake
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups diced apples
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place dry ingredients in bowl and mix.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until moist.
- Pour into Greased and Floured 9x13 pan.
- Bake 1 hour on middle rack of oven.
