Glazed Carrots And Pineapple Chunks Recipe

  1. Mix cornstarch and salt with a little water.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Add in pineapple juice and water from carrots.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cook over medium heat.
  6. Stir till mix thickens and is clear.
  7. Add in butter and stir till blended.
  8. Add in carrots and pineapple.
  9. Stir carefully and heat.
