Cheese Muffins

• 2 cups self-rising flour
• 12 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 2 ounces margarine

1. Beat egg, sugar and melted margarine with milk.
2. Add grated cheese, flour salt and pepper.
3. 2/3 fill deep greased patty tins and bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes.
